The River Valley Annual Appeal 2012 - 2013
Sowing the Seeds of Creativity, Community, Stewardship and Knowledge is our theme for the 2012-2013 Annual Appeal. We choose this because a River Valley Waldorf School education impacts the lives of students by developing the whole child. It’s the reason that each year Waldorf parents, teachers, board members, staff, friends and relatives demonstrate their stewardship through gifts to the Annual Appeal.
The Annual Appeal is essential to the day to day operations of our school and relies on a
communal spirit of giving…as most of you know, tuition covers only 70% of the full cost of a Waldorf education. The goal this year is $55,000 needed for teacher and staff salaries, building maintenance, program development and other expenses related to the education of our children.
The Annual Appeal also enables the school to make vital investments that seed new initiatives, create a rich and meaningful curriculum, support outreach and strength community ties.
